Your pet is very important to us. No Bones About It would like to assure you that every effort will be made to make your pet’s grooming experience as safe and pleasant as possible. Safety is our top priority for both our staff and your pet.
Health & Medical: Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after the grooming. All medical expenses for veterinary care will be covered by the animal’s owner upon signing this agreement.
Accidents: Although accidents are very rare, there is a risk when dealing and handling pets. Grooming equipment is sharp, and although we use extreme caution and care in all situations, possible problems could occur including cuts, nicks, scratches, quickening of nails, etc. In most cases this can happen when a pet is wiggling or moving around. Your pet’s safety and comfort is our number one priority.
Photographs: This waiver, authorizes No Bones About It to take photos of your pet for our records as well as to be used for our website and social media outlets. All photos taken are the property of No Bones About It.
I warrant that my pet is current with the vaccinations required by law, and that my dog is healthy to the best of my knowledge. No Bones About It reserves the right to refuse service to customers whose pets may pose a threat to us or to the other pets left in our care at our sole discretion.
Owner agrees to be responsible for any property damages caused by his/her pet.
